Ramesh looked first at one face and then at the other, and when he realized that the two friends were serious, he said simply, “Its not easy”
“That’s why we need your help, you will be our inside man!”
“The one who always gets caught.”
“And if you get caught, I am sure you will blurt out our names, so when we ask you to join us, we intend to keep you safe. One for all and all for one.”
“Let’s hear the plan,” Ramesh said after some moments of silence.
“It’s a very basic plan yet, but we can fill it out as days pass. If we need more men, I have a friend who is fit for a job just like this, but personally I feel the fewer the men, the fewer parts we have to divide the money in and the better it is…so, to start, lest plan this out with the three of us.”
“Agreed!”, both said in unison.
Vikas smiled as he looked at the eager faces of his two friends.
“Well, let’s think about it for tonight and tomorrow lets bring in all our plans, and then we can make a joint plan together and as I said before we will be do this without any problem.”
Then the three started talked about other things, but it was obvious that they were distracted and only one question was running through all their minds : was it foolishness or was it worth it?
Even I had a difficult time that night. I was eager to know what they would plan; how they would go about it and how it would end. The next day dawned and the three went about their work as usual, but as soon as their work was finished they quickly gathered at Rahul’s place.
